Look to the Skies on Saturday (Telescope Needed) to View Saturn, Jupiter and Mars

On Saturday, pay a visit to the Taman Tasik Titiwangsa to check out Saturn, Jupiter and Mars, through a telescope.

The National Space Agency (Angkasa) have organised a programme for the public, on Saturday, called, the ‘Sidewalk Astronomy Night 2014.’ Five telescopes will be set up at the Tepian Tasik at the TamanTasik Titiwangsa for people to view Saturn, Jupiter and Mars. The event will start at 8pm and end at 10pm, and is free for everyone.

The program will also give visitors a chance to listen to briefings on the celestial objects and participate in quizzes and activities.

If you have your own telescope, bring it along!
