… ask “why not?” Expats gathered in the popular Bukit Bintang area at the Why Not Kitchen + Bar for the last Expat Mingle and were treated to a great time. A good turnout of post-work Minglers were on hand to enjoy the culinary generosity of the kitchen half of Why Not’s “kitchen + bar” duo. A plentiful procession of spring rolls, chicken wings, and deep-fried popcorn chicken made their way to the hungry crowd, who washed down the tasty treats with cold Tiger beer and smooth Guinness Stout. Of course, a fair few opted to add wine to their evening and enjoyed a selection of red and white wines from Cronier Wines.
The gathered guests all checked their tickets during the evening’s Lucky Draw proceedings and the winning Minglers enjoyed an array of great prizes including F&B vouchers for KL-area restaurants, vouchers for dental service, tickets to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, and a year’s free TEG Card membership, which nets great discounts on TEG events and special member offers. The travel prize this time was a 3D/2N stay at the beautiful Bloo Lagoon Resort in Padangbai in Bali.
