AFTER THE WONDERFUL SUCCESS of last year’s Magical Musicals, Sunway Lagoon will be bringing yet another fantastic musical to their Ampitheatre to delight those with a love of songs, dancing, and musical fun!
London, A Summer Musical is set in that vibrant British capital, and this original show will bring an international cast together – including six performers from the UK – to sing and dance along to many of the classic musical hits from such shows as Glee, Mamma Mia, and Footloose.
The story follows the footsteps of a group of flight attendants who have just 48 hours to enjoy the fun on offer during a bright, happy summer in London, and is an apt topic for a show thanks to the Olympics putting a spotlight on the city this month.
This fun, fast, and fresh musical will appeal to all the family and runs until 8 July at the Sunway Lagoon Ampitheatre every day (except Tuesdays) at 8pm. Tickets cost from RM80-RM150, and are available at Sunway Lagoon ticketing counters and online at http://redtix.airasia.com.
In line with Sunway’s on-going commitment to the less fortunate, 20,000 tickets to the show are being donated to underprivileged groups such as children in orphanages, to ensure that the whole community can enjoy this spectacular show as it explodes into Sunway Lagoon this year.
