As Ramadan comes around for another year, take a trip to Kites at the Holiday Inn Glennmarie and sample the exhaustive and delectable buffet. Available from 18 July until 18 August, the Ramadan buffet has been crafted by the magical touch of three foreign chefs: Chef Ebrahim from Syria, Chef Santosh from India, and Chef Wuanh from China.
Expect the best from each region, from hand-pulled noodles to creamy, Northern Indian curries; Middle Eastern kebabs and koftas to panfried egg dumplings. Resident local Chef Hannif will provide the Malaysian specialities to round off a superb buffet that will keep you going back for more.
