Fans of two time Formula 1 champion, Mika Hakkinen, will get the chance to meet ‘The Iceman’ tomorrow, 4 August 2012, at the lobby of the G Hotel in George Town.
As reported in the New Straits Times, the meet-the-fans session is from 1.30pm till 3pm, and is hosted by Johnnie Walker, in conjunction with a function later on in the evening at the Penang Turf Club.
Hakkinen was appointed as a Responsible Drinking Ambassador by Johnnie Walker. He’s trip to Penang is to help promote Johnnie Walker’s “Join the Pact to Never Drink and Drive” campaign.
This campaign, which is the brands social initiative worldwide, was launched in Malaysia, in 2009 by Hakkinen.
This will be Hakkinen’s first trip to Penang.
