The Malaysian Yoga Society (MYS) together with the support of the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors is organising the annual Malaysian International Yoga Competition. This is in conjunction with the 55th Merdeka Day celebrations.
The competition which is now in its fourth year is open to the public. All yoga enthusiasts (of all ages) are invited to take part in the event, which will be held tomorrow between 9am and 6pm at the Kandiah Hall of SJKT Vivekananda in Brickfields.
The aim of the competition is to provide awareness on the importance of living a healthy life. The competition is open to those aged four and up. Participation fee is priced at RM15 for children and RM30 for adults. All proceeds will go to various charitable activities in Malaysia.
