Firefly recently launched its “Think Rewards, Think Firefly” campaign at its hub in Skypark Terminal. This first phase of the campaign, which was designed in collaboration with McDonald’s, Hertz and Big Apple Donuts & Coffee, is the airline’s initiative to add better value to its services, hence creating a more memorable travel experience for its passengers.
The first phase includes offers of up to 30% discount on Hertz’s standard vehicle rental rates from any of its twelve participating counters in Malaysia, a McDonald’s Breakfast Meal Special or Big Apple Breakfast & Tea Break Special at only RM5 from Skypark Terminal, Subang. Passengers can enjoy these special promotions, when they present their boarding passes at participating outlets.
Firefly’s Head of Sales and Customer Experience, Azman Ahmad said, “This campaign is initiated to reward our customers, whereby we intend to let our customers know that besides our distinguished premium services and signature hospitality, we are constantly ready to serve our passengers beyond regular expectations.
