The concept of the new cabin is thanks to KLM teaming up with top Dutch designer, Hella Jongerius. The main focus in designing the new cabin is that passengers must feel completely at home during their flight.
The new full-flat seat is positioned to ensure you get more privacy. There are also storage compartments in the seats beside the passengers and under the television screens. The new carpeting, believe it or not, was manufactured partly from discarded KLM ladies’ uniforms. Sustainability is another point of focus for KLM in all new developments.
Travellers can enjoy the new World Business Class cabin in July 2013.
