A 21 year old Malaysian pilot, Capt. James Anthony Tan, is the youngest pilot (and youngest Malaysian) to fly half-way around the world in a small, single-engine Cessna 210 Eagle aircraft, which he calls ‘The Spirit of Malaysia’.
The young pilot’s 20,000km journey began in Langkawi, Malaysia on 26 March. The journey ended at Teteboro, USA, on 13 April. Along the way he crossed Subang, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Russia and Canada.
