With seats being snapped up quickly for the upcoming General Election 2013 (GE13), Firefly will be adding 12 additional frequencies on Saturday 4 May 2013 and Sunday 5 May 2013. These additional flights will be focusing on customers departing from Subang, Kota Bharu and Penang.
Three additional frequencies from Subang to Kota Bharu will have departure times of 0620, 1630 and 2115 while out of Kota Bharu to Subang the 3 times of departures will be at 0745, 1755 and 2240.
On Sunday 5 May 2013, two additional flights will be mounted enabling voters from Kota Bharu and Penang to go back. Flight from Kota Bharu to Penang will be departing at 0800 while the one out of Penang to Kota Bharu will be departing at 0915.
On the same day, there will be two additional flights out of Subang to Kota Bharu departing 2115 and 2200. Expecting the return of customers from Kota Bharu to Subang, two additional flights will be departing at 2240 and 2325.
