Sarawak is the state once ruled by adventurous British explorers, rather than the British government. James Brooke became the White Rajah of Sarawak in the mid-1800s and subsequently, his relatives took over for a reign lasting around 100 years.
The capital city of Kuching is a charming city and there is plenty to see and do during your stay. We have arranged a full weekend for any expats who like the idea of joining a group of fellow expats and having the benefit of an expat escort. You only need to take one day off work as you will fly over on Friday afternoon and be back on Sunday night
The trip will keep everyone fully occupied and give you a wonderful opportunity to see some of the most interesting sights including the cultural village with examples of the various styles of long houses used by native tribes as well as a chance to see the famous orang utans in their naturals setting.
