Firefly Launches New In-Flight Magazine

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Firefly recently introduced its very own in-flight magazine. The magazine will be placed on-board its ATR 72-500 and ATR 72-600 aircrafts.

The magazine is called Fireflyz and the tagline of the magazine is ‘Take to the Skies.’  The magazine will have a robust content to entertain readers. The magazine, which is published in English, should already be available.

Speaking on the occasion Ignatius Ong, Chief Executive Office, Firefly said, “I am proud to announce that we will now place Fireflyz magazine on-board all our aircrafts. With Firefly’s network in mind, we would like to provide our readers with information that’s more relevant to where they’re travelling to – within the ASEAN region. 68% of passengers have written down info taken from an in-flight magazine and 91% have acted upon the info they read in an in-flight magazine. Passengers will be able to read the magazine in all of our ATR operation flights while simultaneously experiencing quality-travelling from an award winning airline, at guaranteed lowest fare and savings on bundled sets of services.”

“We understand the importance of an in-flight magazine to the overall travel experience; hence ensure our continuous efforts in improving our initiatives from this aspect. In view of this, we invite new and existing passengers to become a Firefly Facebook fan to convey their feedback. We trust that it is an encouraging medium to stay connected to our customers whereby their views certainly will help Firefly in reaching greater heights, especially in the customer service level. Fireflyz aim at not only giving a pleasant reading experience to the passengers but also act as a mouth-piece to communicate with its stake holders,” Ong added.

Passengers are urged to get their hands on a copy and to look out for Fireflyz when flying with the airline. For more updates on products and services, visit www.fireflyz.com.my
