Air France is all set to introduce several enchancements to its services. This includes increasing the frequency of flights from KL to Paris from three times to four times a week beginning June 2014 and also their passenger capacity.

As from 12 January 2014, Air France will increase passenger capacity by 25% on its three weekly flights from Paris to Kuala Lumpur using its Boeing 777-200 aircraft with a new configuration of 35 seats in Business, 24 in Premium Economy and 250 in Economy, giving a total of 309 seats instead of 246.

“The growing popularity of our Kuala Lumpur-Paris route clearly demonstrates the strength of the bilateral relations between Malaysia and France. The introduction of the direct flight has certainly created greater economic opportunities which are reflected in the increasing demand for travel between both countries,” said Mr. Patrick Roux, Senior Vice President Asia & Pacific, Air France-KLM at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur today.

“I expect this expansion to be well received by our leisure and business customers alike, who will be able to take advantage of the additional frequencies and the improved connecting opportunities between our Asian and European hubs, as well as having more opportunities to combine Air France and KLM fares” he added.
