A bomb exploded early this morning at Jalan Bukit Bintang.
The incident took place at 4am when a bomb was (believed to have been) thrown from the second floor of the Sun Complex building in Jalan Bukit Bintang off Jalan Bukit Bintang.
A second bomb was recovered by the police under a parked Toyota Camry. The second bomb did not explode.
According to the New Straits Times, 14 people were injured in the early morning blast. The victims were rushed to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital and Tung Shing private hospital.
Police are investigating the case under Section 4 of the Firearms Act and the Penal Code.
