According to Bernama, the contra lane heading to Putrajaya and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) at the Sungai Besi highway (from kilometre 5.3 to 3.8) will be closed from April 27 until May 3.
A statement issued by the highway concessionaire Besraya revealed that the week-long closure was necessary, to facilitate the study on the effectiveness of the contra lane heading towards Balakong/Mines at the Seri Kembangan interchange.
