Norway’s new passports are definitely one of the coolest in the world.
According to CityLab.com, Norway’s National Police Directorate announced that it has selected a new design for the nation’s passport, courtesy of Oslo-based Neue Design Studio. The citizens of Norway will now be carrying Neue-designed passports that bear a graphic, sharp, reductive depiction of a Norwegian landscape. Under UV light, the landscape scene glows with the Northern Lights.

The covers (of the passports) are kept simple. It comes in three colours (red for citizens, blue for diplomatic and white for immigrants) and is inscribed with the national crest and some simple text.
