How often have you wondered, “Is it just me, or does time feel like it’s moving too fast?”
Well, you are definitely not alone in thinking that. We came across this article on Lifehacker that talks about an interactive timeline from Maximilian Kiener, that explains how your brain’s perception of time changes as you get older; to make it seem like time is passing by faster than it really is.
According to Maximilian Kiener, the longer you are alive, the smaller a year becomes in relation to your entire life as a whole. What does this mean exactly? Well, when you are five years old, a year is equal to 20% of your entire life. But when you hit the age of 50, a year is only 2% of your life.
So don’t freak out if you feel like time is passing you by too fast. This just means that you are getting older.
Check out the interactive timeline at this link, and try to be patient as you scroll through the first few years of life.

Cos it is telling us to pursue our dreams faster don’t delay
So true… Like not enough time for long range plan
Unfortunately too true! Days just fly.
I hardly think this is the reason. It’s more like the brain/ or perhaps our metabolism is slowing down so time seems to be moving faster…
