Turtles, frogs, opera, and ethical leadership! A strange combination, you are sure to agree. However, Head Prefects from elc International school got to experience all this and more at the annual FOBISIA Student Leadership Conference last month in bustling Ho Chi Minh City. Student leaders from schools across Southeast Asia converged for this event to challenge their ethics and moral values in leadership. Of course, there was also an opportunity to indulge in some of the delicious Vietnamese street food on offer, which is where the turtles and frogs come in. Some students were more daring than others! There was even time to catch a show at the Saigon Opera House. These elc students returned home feeling inspired… a great trip all round!
