Epsom College in Malaysia is organising the Epsom Edge on 25 and 26 June 2016. Epsom Edge is a Performing Arts Festival primarily for students and by students. Taking the successful model of popular festivals in the UK such as the Edinburgh Fringe, the Hay Festival, Latitude or Green Man, we are creating a real ‘festival atmosphere’ with various stages around the site, both indoor and outdoor, offering line-ups of performances, plus informal activities, workshops, and a range of F&B stalls.
Students and staff from Epsom College will be performing two musicals, multiple rock bands, individual and group music performance, flash mob, poetry slam, street dance, and circus performances.
Shakespeare Sunday workshop, poetry workshops, and image theatre workshop are also being planned, plus many more performances from visiting schools and community groups and educators. Please contact Head of Drama, Mrs Sophie Hill, at [email protected] for more information.
