‘Embracing our Diversity, Sharing our Humanity’ was the theme for this year’s International Day at IGB International School. From the Parade of Nations at the beginning of the day to the Cultural Concert that completed the celebrations, the whole school community enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about each other, our cultural backgrounds and the wonderful world in which we live.
The parents, together with students and staff, spent months preparing national displays and activities while everyone’s taste buds were tempted by the smorgasbord of flavours on offer. Ultimately, just seeing families having fun together reflected the success of the day.
