Recently, R.E.A.L International School (RIS) took part in the Majlis Sukan Negara Elite Under-12 Golf Tournament. The three-day tournament – part of the SportExcel national junior golf circuit – was jointly organised by Nestlé Milo Malaysia and the National Sports Council to develop young golfers with the skills to compete at various levels as well as to build and improve their finesse in the sport.

This second leg of the national junior circuit was held at the Nilai Springs Golf and Country Club in Negeri Sembilan and attracted participation from a host of promising talents from various schools nationwide. There were real cheers when Year 6 student Isaac from RIS, Shah Alam Campus conquered the greens to clinch First Place in the elite U12 category. He walked away with a winner’s trophy, certificate, and gift hamper for his sterling efforts. This result is indeed a proud moment for both Isaac and the entire RIS team. It is hoped that his achievement will spur them on to attain greater success in the coming legs of the junior golf circuit.
