Sri KDU International School (SKIS) has successfully gained entry into the prestigious Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA) in December 2016.
With this accreditation, SKIS has joined the ranks of 52 member schools. The Principal of SKIS, Mrs Margaret Rafee, was pleased to highlight that the school’s students will now be able to engage with students from some of the best international schools in Asia. Among some of the immediate activities SKIS will participate in includes the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Design Technology competitions, FOBISIA Eco-Schools conference in Nepal in April 2017, the student focused FOBISIA Games, Drama and Music Festivals, as well as the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops for teachers.
