The Master is delighted to announce that the Head of Marlborough College’s Prep School from September 2018 will be Mrs Rachel Eaton-Jones. She is an experienced Prep School Head who has led Trinity Prep School in Devon with distinction since 2012, and the significant growth in the school’s numbers reflects parental confidence in her leadership.
A psychology graduate with a PGCE and a National Professional Qualification in Headship, she is an inspector with the Independent Schools Inspectorate. An enthusiastic sportswoman, Mrs Eaton-Jones has played and coached a range of sports, is a keen swimmer and enjoys directing school drama performances.
Anticipating her move to Marlborough, Mrs Eaton-Jones said, “I am very much looking forward to becoming fully involved in MCM life; getting to know families and contributing to the continued success of a school with such a fantastic reputation in Malaysia and the UK!”
The beaks and pupils of the Prep School are looking forward to giving Mrs Eaton-Jones a warm welcome when she visits Marlborough College Malaysia again next month.
