The French School (LFKL) is organizing a Virtual Open Day on Tuesday 16 November 2021 at 6pm.
The LFKL opened its new Primary School called “Hevea”, a great opportunity for families to discover the school’s brand-new facilities!
Hevea is a school designed for younger children. Its brand-new facilities include a swimming pool, a colourful playground, a spacious multi-purpose hall, an English and French library, a canteen, organic vegetable gardens and napping rooms for small children.
Hevea welcomes international students from 3 to 8 years old. It offers an early English program and a French bridging program designed to integrate non-French speaking students. Once students have learned French, they can continue on to middle school and high school at the LFKL.
During their last year of preschool, non-French speaking children can benefit from extra French classes and in primary school, they will join the French bridging program to learn French through fun educational activities.
Primary school children also enjoy between 5 and 8 hours of classes in English per week making our students fluent in both French and English. In secondary school students have the opportunity to learn up to 4 additional languages (German, Spanish and Chinese and Bahasa Melayu), a great exposure for future career opportunities.
LFKL offers an excellent multilingual education and multicultural environment to children from preschool to high school, through various celebrations, projects and activities.
