A Festive Black Diamond Afternoon Tea

Deck the halls this year-end holiday season with our festive afternoon tea tucked away in the LIBRARI. Available every afternoon from 2PM-5PM from 25th November 2022 until 5th January 2023, guests can relish an enticing assortment of delicious savouries, such as cured trout mousse; ballotine spinach; mille feuille of poached crab & truffle crab cream and white corn with polenta chips. The highlight of the Festive Black Diamond afternoon tea are the delicate truffles infused within the savoury and sweet pastries. Known as Diamant Noir, the Black Diamond truffle is highly sought after for its’ exquisite and sharp flavours.

The Afternoon Tea is accompanied by freshly baked scones on the hour with flavourings of lemon cranberries and chestnut served with raspberry rose jam, orange marmalade, and truffle clotted cream. End on a sweeter note with tartlet pistachio & plum; éclair chestnut & espresso; roulade honey truffle & blackcurrant; entremet salted caramel & weiss chocolate and caramel pineapple macaron.

Try the Have a RoseMerry Christmas cocktail which is our unique concoction of a merry Christmas beverage consisting of gin with our in-house infused rosemary syrup and a touch of grapefruit juice or the winter berry which is a refreshing thirst quencher made with blueberry, strawberry, chamomile and mint.

Savour either our Sacher Torte, the classic Viennese chocolate cake, exquisitely light and rich in taste and texture and a perfect treat for your festive celebrations. For the fruitcake lovers, the Grandma’s Molasses Fruitcake is incredibly tempting for its dark, moist fruitcake that will definitely please your palette.

For something courageous, the Ratatouille Ribbon Cake will be the sought-after cake which will be something unconventional with a twist; built on a pie crust with layers of delicious aubergine, bell pepper and zucchini and glazed with our house-made tomato sauce.
