PROSPERITY YEE SANG
Toss your way into the Lunar New Year for a prosperous year ahead with One World Hotel’s special selection of yee sang. The prosperity yee sang selections include abalone, salmon, tuna as well as a vegetarian option featuring seasonal fruits, dried apricot with Chef’s signature sauce.
Available for lunch and dinner, the Yee Sang is priced at RM268.00 nett for half portion and RM388 nett for full portion.

Complimentary Prosperity Yee Sang with Chinese New Year Set Menus
For a more extravagant dining experience to celebrate the occasion, One World Hotel’s culinary team has created extensive Chinese New Year Set Menus for your dining pleasure with your family, friends, and business partners.
Available for lunch and dinner, these menus are the Ruby Prosperity Set at RM1,988 nett, Sapphire Prosperity Set at RM2,288 nett, Emerald Prosperity Set at RM2,688.00 nett and the Vegetarian Set at RM1,488 nett. The prices accommodate up to a table of ten people.
The Chinese New Year Set Menus feature a 9-course meal including the complimentary Prosperity Yee Sang dish and a bottle of standard house wine except for the vegetarian set.
‘Lap Mei Fan’ or assortment of preserved Chinese meats with rice served in a claypot, a famous dish during Chinese New Year is a must-have! It is priced at RM198 nett for 4-5 people and RM288 nett for 6 – 10 people and a confirmed pre-order of one (1) day in advance is required. Best of all, the claypot is yours to take home after dining, while stock lasts!
CHINESE NEW YEAR CHEF’S SPECIAL SELECTIONS
To continue the joy of the Lunar New Year, One World Hotel PJ has also created a host of sumptuous and prosperous Chinese New Year’s dishes featured in this Chinese New Year special a la carte menu.
Braised prosperous lobster meat, seafood treasure and truffle paste, steamed fresh prawns with glass noodles and golden garlic sauce, sauteed baby abalone, shitake mushroom and asparagus with truffle oil are among the dishes on the ala carte list. Live seafood such as fish and prawns are also on the menu where you get to select your preferred choice of cooking preparation.
The a la carte dishes are available for lunch and dinner, from now until 5 February 2023.
ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT
Zuan Yuan, a pork-free Chinese Restaurant has a seating capacity of 350 people with five private dining rooms. Located at lobby level, Zuan Yuan is open daily, for lunch from 12 noon to 2.30 pm and dinner is served from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm, and is an ideal venue for private dining to celebrate special occasions, dinner gatherings, and exclusive wedding dinner receptions.
