Fans who want a complete and surreal experience of the entire exhibition can purchase VIP ticket packages from tomorrow!
With so much anticipation over The World of Tim Burton exhibition created by New York’s Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) coming to KL in March, the excitement just got kicked up a notch higher because the celebrated filmmaker himself will be present at the grand opening!
The World of Tim Burton, opening on 21 March, features 540 original works from Burton’s own personal collection throughout his entire artistic journey in Hollywood. It will be quite a rare opportunity for fans to meet the man behind iconic pop culture films like Beetlejuice and the 1989 film Batman with Michael Keaton that is still regarded as one of the best Batman movies ever to be made.
As luck would have it, fans will get to greet Burton in person at the opening ceremony at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
The exhibition will categorise Tim Burton’s extensive five-decade-long career into 10 thematic sections, and visitors will also have a special opportunity to have a sneak peek of his current projects in progress through an exact replica of his own personal studio!
Fans who want a complete and surreal experience of the entire exhibition can purchase VIP ticket packages that include a book titled The Art Of Tim Burton, a book-signing session with Burton, and limited edition merchandise.
The VIP package, priced at RM1,500, will be available for purchase online at noon on Saturday, 25 March, with only 100 available tickets for this experience.
General admission tickets are priced at RM88 and RM68 for children, students, and senior citizens. The exhibition will be held from March 31 to July 30 at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
