Print Friendly, PDF & Email

This September, fans can look forward to the ultimate foodie experience alongside an array of fun, food-themed experiences at the festival.

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable culinary experience as the Tiger Crystal Food Festival arrives this September. The brand is bringing together Malaysia’s favourite food vendors to be enjoyed with the refreshingly light taste of Tiger Crystal beer!

Since 2015, the Tiger brand has been a steadfast supporter of the local street food culture through its Street Food platform. Initially launched as a one-off campaign, this initiative has since evolved, including a virtual Street Food Festival in 2021, allowing fans to enjoy the experience from the comfort of their homes. This year, the Tiger Crystal Food Festival promises to be the food event of 2024, offering guests the chance to enjoy delicious food with Tiger Crystal – a beer that is Refreshingly Light, Perfect with Every Bite!

The festival will be held at the Ground Floor Forecourt of 1 Utama Shopping Mall’s Open Car Park (near AEON Supermarket) from 5 PM to 11 PM on 5th and 6th September (Thursday and Friday), and from 12 PM to 11 PM on 7th and 8th September (Saturday and Sunday).

Designed to attract casual foodies, aficionados, and experience seekers alike, the festival will feature four uniquely curated Food Zones. Tiger is collaborating with beloved local food vendors such as Donut Plan, Isan Kaya, and Yat Sing Smokehouse, offering diverse food experiences that perfectly complement Tiger Crystal beer.

Here’s a glimpse of the four Food Zones at the Tiger Crystal Food Festival:

  1. Tiger Crystal x CU Mart: Dive into a lively mix of convenience store favourites, delivering a customisable and fun experience that adds a twist to your grab-and-go snacks.
  2. Foodie Lane: Bringing together street food from around the world, this vibrant space features everything from Japanese ramen to Mexican tacos, alongside Malaysian favourites.
  3. Supper Club: This interactive dining experience showcases some of KL’s top chefs, offering a counter-dining experience without the high price tag. Guests can interact directly with the chefs as they showcase their skills and personalities.
  4. Dessert Bar: Drawing inspiration from North Asian dessert bars, this whimsical space serves a variety of desserts that not only pair perfectly with Tiger Crystal but are also crafted using the beer as a key ingredient.

In addition to the food, festival-goers will enjoy exciting food-themed games with exclusive Tiger Crystal merchandise giveaways, electrifying performances on the main stage, and more! Registrations are now open at Tiger Crystal Food Festival. Register online before 5th September 2024 to redeem a free bottle of Tiger Crystal (325ml) at the event, while stocks last, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this promotion is strictly for non-Muslims aged 21 and above.

The Tiger Crystal Food Festival is a significant part of the ongoing Tiger Crystal campaign, which kicked off earlier this year. In July, the unique Tiger Crystal Supper Club event brought together 50 individuals named Crystal at SOULed Out Hartamas, where each Crystal invited up to three friends for a memorable evening of food, drinks, and camaraderie.

This event encapsulated the spirit of the entire campaign – celebrating food and friendship with Tiger Crystal at its core. As the campaign continues, the Tiger Crystal Food Festival is set to be a major highlight for both food and beer lovers. Don’t miss out on one of the biggest food parties of the year!
