On Wednesday, April 23rd at 7:00pm, experience the vibrant soul of Peruvian cuisine, guided by the expert hands of talented Lima-born Chef Ivan Casusol Rossi.
The evening begins in true Peruvian style with a round of refreshing Pisco Sours, followed by a meticulously crafted five-course menu that showcases Peru’s rich culinary heritage. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with an excellent wine from South America, carefully selected to complement the bold, diverse flavours.
Adding to the evening’s distinction, we are honoured by the presence of Peru’s Ambassador to Malaysia, His Excellency Ricardo Estanislao Morote Canales.
