A recent article on Bernama states that Sepang Goldcoast Sdn Bhd, has plans to increase the number of foreigners to Malaysia. This is also in line with them helping to promote the Malaysia My Second Home programme. The company plans to carry out this plan, by adding more activities related to tourism such as, a cruise terminal, a water theme park, three and four-star hotels and factory outlets.
Work on the above plans, will begin as soon as the details have been finalised and sent to the authorities for approval. They also plan to add a resort homes for retirees later this year. This will all be undertaken under the second and third phases of the Sepang Goldcoast development.
The completed first phase encompasses the 392 luxuriant Golden Palm Tree Resort & Spa Villas. These new developments were spurred by the high profits made by the Golden Palm Tree Resort & Spa Villas, which is always fully booked during Chinese New Year and peak seasons.
