“BMW Group Malaysia recently launched its second BMW 4S (Sales, Service, Spare parts and Systems) dealership with its partner, Tian Siang Premium Auto Butterworth,” the New Straits Times reported.
The new facility will cater to BMW customers in the northern region.
The facility occupies a total built-up area of 2137 sq. meter. This new facility is also the first BMW dealership in Malaysia to feature the latest standards and specifications for the BMW Group’s dealerships of the future.
The facility is big enough to display up to eight vehicles, with eight service bays that offer a comprehensive service and repair. There is also a spacious customer lounge with the latest BMW’s trademarked Isetta Bar, rooms for sales discussions and meetings.
According to the report, as of October this year, BMW Group Malaysia sold over 5,611 vehicles from the BMW, MINI and Motorrad ranges. This is in comparison with 4,658 vehicles sold in the same period in 2011, which is an increase of 20.5%.
