For those who want a safe and convenient way to book a taxi, good news is here! A brand new e-hailing app PICKnGo has made its debut in Klang Valley and it aims to register some 10, 000 licensed taxi drivers across the Greater Kuala Lumpur. Unlike Grab and Uber where the drivers are commoners, PICKnGo represents a new era for the taxi industry by looking after the welfare of taxi drivers in Malaysia.
Apart from the intention to provide patrons with a safe, reliable, convenient, and consistent taxi ride, the app also focuses on providing taxi drivers with a support system that would not only improve their livelihood but also the quality of taxi services in the country.
Every PICKnGO taxi driver has undergone training and their vehicles inspected before they are confirmed. This means that only quality drivers and cars are selected to be part of the PICKnGo family.
This app also has features to help them to navigate where passengers are located so it’s more convenient. Besides cash, passengers can also use debit or credit cards in all PICKnGo taxis via MPay + Pro mobile point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
The app is now available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
