Japanese Whisky and Artisan Chocolate Pairing

Come on over to The Cabinet, Bangsar’s finest whisky and cigar lounge, for a menu like never before! Japanese Nikka Whisky spirits will be paired up with artisanal chocolate creations by Malaysia’s own Chocolate Concierge for an interplay of flavours worthy of celebration.
Whiskies and chocolate pairs up for tasting include:
- Nikka From The Barrel (51.4% ABV)
- Whipped matcha peanut and open-shell chocolate truffle
- Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt (43% ABV)
- Sakura bon-bon with a delicate milk-white chocolate ganache
- Nikka All Malt (40% ABV)
- Yuzu enrobed in dark chocolate with honey filling
- Nikka Yoichi Single Malt (45% ABV)
- Red miso caramel namelaka with cacao bloom garnish
The whiskies sampled are also available for bottle purchase for a special price, along with a selection of fine cigars, should you wish to indulge.
