School Snaps: The GIS Sixth Form: Helping Students To Thrive

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

THRIVE is Garden International School’s unique summer internship programme. Thanks to GIS’s strong alumni network and professional connections, in the month of March 2019, more than 20 Year 12 students will be confirming their summer placements. They have the opportunity to select from a wide range of professional internships, including marketing, engineering, teaching, and law! The students’ hands-on, ‘real world’ learning not only supports their A Level studies, but also ensures they have a competitive edge when applying to university or other higher education institutions

THRIVE is just one the advantages of the GIS Sixth Form Diploma, which combines leadership and service opportunities and personalised subjective electives with traditional A Level studies. The school’s stunning new Sixth Form Centre is another unique point of difference.
