As the fluttering of 32 nations’ flags waved a welcome to all, the Soccerfest 2022 campaign kicked off on 20 November in Hartamas with emcee Ben Ibrahim rah rah-ing the crowd and was officiated by Brian Martin, Managing Editor of The Star and Mark Choo, Executive Director of The SOUL Society Group, in front of a sizeable crowd. The excited flock of fans then witnessed the opening match between hosts Qatar and Ecuador.
Attendants were also treated to a myriad of entertainment ranging from trivia Q&As to colourful dance performances. Throughout the entire campaign period, a slew of activities has been planned. Whether you are a purported football junkie or are just along for the ride, by purchasing selected products, customers will get the chance to ‘Take On The House’ and predict the outcome of matches. Odds will be provided by SOULed OUT and predictions are required to be submitted before matches begin.
Once the Quarterfinals start, patrons will be able to participate in the ‘Who Will Be Champion’ contest with every RM180 spent at any SOULed OUT outlet. Contest winners will be decided by lucky draw cumulating in a huge giveaway on the Final night. The Grand Prize is a 50″ 4K Samsung TV plus exclusive merchandise (worth over RM4,500), the 1st prize will be a RM1,000 Machines Gift Card plus merchandise (worth over RM2,400) and finally four Consolation Prizes worth RM450 each.
