Losing weight and keeping fit is not an easy task especially when you have to motivate yourself to head to the gym. To pole dance, you will require strength, flexibility and endurance. All of which you will eventually pick up when you move up from a beginners class. Once you’ve mastered it, you will notice a significant difference in your upper body and core. An hour in pole dancing class will have you burn around 400 calories. P/S: How much calories you burn will depend on your weight. The more you weigh, the more you burn and the less you weigh the less you burn. That’s because a heavy person will engage more energy and muscles.
