Germany is a country known for its beer, so a German eatery and pub seemed the ideal place for a Mingle, and Bavarian Bierhaus was able to provide. Located slap bang in the centre of town between the mighty towering malls of Pavilion KL and KLCC, this cosy restaurant made Minglers glad they had made the trip by keeping them plied with platters of delicious German nibbles.
Washing down the edibles and keeping the conversations flowing steadily were icy pints of Anchor Smooth, courtesy of Guinness Anchor Berhad, or glasses of red and white wine provided by Cronier Wines.
The only lull in the buzz of happy voices came when a hush settled to hear the results of the lucky draw, and the fortunate winners picked up F&B vouchers, a spa voucher for the London Orchid, tickets to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, or one of three bottles of wine. The top prizes of two tickets on Firefly – one to Penang and one to Singapore – and the two day/ one night stay at Zenith Hotel in Kuantan were much coveted!
