Catch celebrity chef Jimmy Chok cook up a storm as he shared mouth-watering and wholesome Norwegian Fjord Trout recipes with a twist of local flavours. Fjord trout is raised in the pure and cold Norwegian Fjords where seawater meets fresh meltwater from the glaciers and snow which gives the fish a rice and pure aftertaste.
