Anticipate a delightful culinary experience as Chef Alessandro Graziosi will showcase his rendition of red meat fusion with the exciting pairing of delicate gourmet items with exceptional ingredients. Must-try dishes include beef, veal and foie gras pate wrapped in leek, crispy herbs focaccia crouton and bitter orange jelly served with red wine and honey reduction; Robiola cheese, pears and walnut ravioli with five spices melting lamb shank sauce; Seared Venison tenderloin served with red cabbage marmalade, melting potatoes and chocolate natural brazing jus and Pan-seared lamb loin with crispy ox sweetbread served with shallot tart, pumpkin foamy mash, white asparagus and rustic mustard lamb jus, to name a few.

Villa Danieli opens for lunch from 12 noon to 2.30pm from Mondays to Fridays and serves dinner from Mondays to Saturdays from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
