A new complains channel has been launched by the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD).
According to the New Straits Times, the channel which became effective on 1 November 2012 was introduced based on the recent trends in communication to ease the public in lodging their complains about any public transport.
The good thing about this new channel is that the public can check on the status of their complaints from time to time online.
According to a statement by SPAD’s Chairman, Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar, all complaints received will be investigated and addressed to improve the quality of land public transport.
The hotline number is 1-800-88-SPAD(7723). The email address is [email protected].
