South Korean singing sensation, PSY, performed his famous “Gangnam Style” to over 80,000 people who gathered at Barisan Nasional’s Chinese New Year Open House last weekend.
The 80,000 people who showed up to watch PSY perform gave the Korean singer a rousing welcome at Han Chiang College. Despite the sweltering heat, PSY did not disappoint as he broke into song and dance, dressed in a sleeveless white top with black pants and his trademark sunglasses. He was accompanied by a group of Korean dancers dressed in white.
One performance was clearly not enough as the crowd shouted for an “Encore” which the singer happily obliged. He said, “I flew 20 hours to get here. I won’t leave after just four minutes, so for New Year and for Asia, I will sing again.”
As he finally left the stage, PSY informed the crowd that he will be releasing a new single in April this year. He also promised to return to Malaysia soon.
