A new smart phone application for people to channel complaints on poor road conditions will soon be created.
The Works Ministry in Malaysia will soon create this app for people to send in their complaints on road and infrastructural problems in Malaysia.
The application will allow people to snap photos of road and infrastructural damage and send them to the ministry.
According to Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof, the application is an initiative by the ministry to express its full commitment to give the best service to everyone in Malaysia.
However, the ministry will not be responsible for state and village roads as these are under the responsibility of the state governments.
