Looking for places to rent in Malaysia will no longer be a hassle, thanks to a new mobile application called myRent.
Launched in April this year, myRent is an easy to use rental app for both tenants and landlords. Users can easily view rental listings from anywhere at all!
The app also uses Facebook as a security measure, whereby users can check if they have any mutual friends with their potential landlords.
Also, there is no agent involved as users will deal directly with landlords. By using the app, users can look for places to rent base on the area they wish to live in. Users can also look just outside the radius of the initial range and narrow down places based on the closest kilometre, budget and the availability of public transportation.
Landlords, on the other hand, can easily edit their published listings and they also have the choice to upgrade to a premium listing to check out statistics on the performance of their listings and other cool features.
